Founder Mindy Nicodemus has spent more than a decade serving as a full-time accountant and controller for construction companies and general contractors. She has overseen billing, job costing, subcontractor management, payroll, reporting, and cash flow operations in real-world, fast-moving environments. That operational experience shapes the way we serve our clients today.
